The Junction Project GYDP is co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund as part of the ESF programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020

 

Who we are and what we do:

We are a community based youth support project in Ballinasloe working with young people aged 12-17 who are involved in, or at risk of getting involved in anti-social behaviour.

We also work with the families of young people referred and liaise with relevant agencies.

Our aims:

To support our young people in making positive decisions and addressing behavioural change.

To divert young people from criminal and/or antisocial behaviour.

Our activities:

One-to-one work

Personal and Developmental Group Work

In School Work for young people in schools and training centres

Sports and Recreational activities

Youth counselling services are available in Ballinasloe for 14-21 year olds.
