C.A.P.E Youth Project


Who we are and what we do:

Young person’s personal development and decision making support, support in understanding and dealing with peer pressure, drug and alcohol awareness workshops through art, in supervised groups in a safe environment for young people in 14-21 age range. We meet once a week in Galway City and our activities are free.

Our aim:

To provide a safe space for young people to develop and enhance their personal,  interpersonal and leadership skills and promote their well being.

To empower young people to take ownership of their lives.

Health and well being youth initiative group ‘Just for the Health of it!’

Comhairle na nOg Youth Committees in Oranmore

International youth exchanges

Transition from 6th class to first year

Global education workshops

Anti-bullying workshops

Alcohol awareness

Mental health

Youth counselling services are available in Galway City for 12-21 year olds.
